"Denmark Homes recently carried out extensive building and renovation works at our home in Subiaco.
The property is a heritage listed Terrace House and the extension and renovations were not only significant but also technically challenging.
Mark Ilchuk, the principal of Denmark Homes was an absolute pleasure to deal with. He is a very fine builder but also extremely personable. No change of plans or technical difficulties were too much for him. He always came through with the best solution.
Importantly there were no hidden ‘variations’ which surfaced during the contract. We always knew where we were financially and were regularly updated with cost information.
This is a building company which is prepared to go the extra mile, is full of integrity, thoughtful ideas and is super obliging.
This is the second major renovation Mark has carried out for us.
We have had nothing but compliments from family and friends who have seen the finished product and have no reservation whatsoever in recommending Denmark Homes.

He is a very nice builder, there are some reasons I recommend him.
1. Always thinks smart before he starts. I think when the builder thinks this is the house I will build for myself, it won’t go wrong. He is that person. So, he always does a lot planning before he starts.
2. The workers who work in his team are all very professional.
3. Details and quality. The materials he chooses will be the best value for you.
4. Service. After he built the house for me, he will check with me how is everything going later on and he always helps me if I have any questions even some of them not his business, he always helps.
I would recommend him to everyone if you are looking for the best builder in Perth.
